Post things people have done to get around buying tools, and if you think they're good/bad

I see a home made bender, thats about it. Doesnt look particularly 'unsafe'.

Theres a lot of people who hee and haw over they need to get a bender, or a welder so they can do whatever... The dude is this pic made shit happen with what he had. An ameriCAN if you will.

Which is WAY MORE admireable than starting threads like this online. I just went thru 3 pages of your posts, and dont see a single pic of your shop, or what it produces....

So basically, wtf have you done with your expensive fab tools?

I've done nothing honestly. I'm interested in tools and jeeps, and I hadn't seen a thread about this sort of thing. I don't have a shop, or even a garage for that matter. I meant no offense

Dude he just slapped you and you tucked it between your legs. That's bitch. I would have at least told him to lick em. Xcm don't you have a few garage made tools you posted up a while back. If they work and you don't get hurt using them then their is nothing wrong with home built tools. Presses, benders, and gear tools are some of the most popular.

Yeah he does that. I'd like to see some nice home brew stuff as well. Some tools are just too expensive.

Thread needs to be renamed to home brew tools... I think out would get more responses... For the most part people don't want to think of thier ingenuity as ghetto
