Getting ready to lift.....what else should i replace?

If you want to save the stud in case you take the t-case drop out later, jam nut it. Get a second nut that fits the threads, put it on, then put the original on, turn the two until they jam together and use a wrench on the one closer to the frame to back the whole thing out.

Otherwise, hit it with some pb-blaster, a little heat, and a pair of vice grips.
 
I'm getting a three inch suspension lift from Rough Country and they have a series 2 that has control arms how much better of an idea would that be than the entry level one?
