Yes and yes, but you're better off staying away from them. Tarheel is better than 4WP but still not outstanding.

I just moved to TN from Columbia. Make sure you check out USJeeps.com and look for the Mid Carolina Jeepers. That is my old club. They are very active. The site will have the meeting times and place. Tell them CATMAN sent you.

I have actually not been there yet. Some say it is awsome some say it has less for the well built rigs to do.
