Gas tank skids and factory hitches

BajaCurt and I took a tour of the IE junkyards yesterday. The Millikan yard had 20-25 XJs.

Now the Millikan yard is pulling all the gas tanks, probably to drain them and save the gas. So there were several factory hitches and gas tank skids just laying on the ground. The yard guys already did all the hard work.

So if anyone needs a hitch or gas tank skid, go by and pick one up (literally). There were also a couple of factory tire carriers in good shape.

No 97+ XJs. But an earlier gas tank skid will work with some cutting. And a factory hitch will fit any year.

I've never seen so many XJ's at a yard before.
I seem to remember 3 or 4 rear tire carriers too.
The Ecology on Santa Ana in Rialto only had a few.
The Pick A Part on 4th and/or 6th in San Berdo had 3 or 4 Grand Waggys and an MJ
