Did you order direct or through a dealer? If you ordered direct, that's the punishment you get. ALWAYS order through a dealer. Better prices, better service, and you still get the great product.
Got it from a dealer.... and then he called me back with the bad news as I expected it to come Fri... so I called RE (I don't trust nobody LOL) and they said the same thing ....
Yea same story here. Not sure what is up, but ordered an RE lift well over three weeks ago through crawltech.com and as far as i know it is still not in the mail. Not sure if it is RE or Crawltech but i am gettting dicked over by someone. Not too happy with manufacturer or dealer as of right now, getting no satisfaction out of either. HOPEFULLY all gets worked out soon. Pissed, NICK
Well... I kind of need to take care of my stuff over the weekend so I called RE and got a quote for them to expedite it and called my dealer (DPG) who took care of it for me (of course I had to pay the extra $$ LOL) as RE would quote the cost for me but wouldn't let me to upgrade directly with them.....
In any case, it seems a bit odd to me that they had it sitting on the warehouse floor all ready to ship, but couldn't ship cause they were backed up? SUpposedly it was all packed up and I don't know about you, but sticking a UPS or FEDEX sticker once you got the invoice ready isn't that hard.... hmmmmm ANyways Nick, call RE directly (I got their number of their site) and see if you can get things taken care of.

i'm wondering if something is wrong internally at RE lately... my last order a month ago took over 2 weeks.... and now thier web site is down.... these things happen when companies upgrade to a new computer system.... i dont think i'll order from them for a little while....

Sidriptide... are you sure their site is down? the web has been weird lately as I can't get on some sites and I know that others can.... so I go and use a proxy server and through that I can get on..... damn kids with too much time on their hands
Depending what you ordered, your lift may have been delayed because they were waiting on leaf springs. I ordered the RE 6130 (with 3.5" leafs) and it took a couple extra weeks because they were waiting. I haven't been able to install it yet so no feedback on how it worked though.
Kejtar, I allready called RE twice and they said that they couldn't give out any info (NONE), because i bought it from a dealer they were not allowed to release any details. I even just asked if they could tell me if the order was received from crawltech and they couldn't tell me that either. Don't know what to do. I think this is my first and last purchase from crawltech though. The only thing so far that they have done well is totally avoid me. NICK
hmmmm They were able to give me info about my order, but for any changes to it, they wanted to talk to the dealer (Which is kind of understandeable...) can you cancel with crawltech and maybe call dirk @ DPG?
I was thinking about cancelling but i got such a good deal that it is hard to cancel it. I saved about $100 going through them. but maybe better service would have been worth it. NICK
