This is a front WJ brake setup. It is from a '99 so it is the early calipers. The calipers have been completely rebuilt and the rotors have been turned. This setup comes with brand new brake pads. It also comes with the tie rod and drag link from the WJ.

$275

Are the rotors redrilled for XJ pattern or is it different rotors?

I would like to sell it all together

OK, Keep me in mind if you decide to split it up,
I am in the middle of the conversion (I am sending the knuckles out to have the spacers welded on) & it would save me the trouble of purchasing pads/rotors & then re-drilling rotors.

+ after we find a price I could pay-pal you the funds immediately!

I was digging through my stuff and found the new ball joints I bought for this swap, so for $300 total I will toss in the ball joints

The earlier ones are the less desirable ones. They tend to warp over time. The akebono ones are the most desirable. That's what my Overland has. I'm pretty sure they used the Akobonos from 01 and on.

True the later ones are more desirable, but they are better than the stock single piston calipers

They switched production on May 11 2002 to Akobonos.

Model Year(s): 1999-2002 (WJ models built through May 10, 2002)

correct. I should have stated that. I realized after I wrote that statment that it sounded like I was trying to talk people against buying your item. I was not. Sorry about that. These are still an upgrade over the factory XJ set up.

Good to know. I knew it was right around 01-02, but couldn't remember.

I have heard that the teeves are more likely to warp rotors, but have had no problems with mine. As long lllllas you don't drive with your left foot on the brake, it shouldn't be a problem.

You are a lucky man!
I had a brand new 2000 Grand Cherokee that went through 2 sets of front rotors (Under warranty thank God) before Jeep figured out the problem & replaced the Teeves calipers (And installed a 3rd set of rotors). mostly local driving in NYC in less than 12K miles & I am easy on brakes.
