FS: Winch Bumper

Looking to sell the winch bumper on my jeep, it is the prototype bumper for the extreme winch bumper I sell.

It has full frame tie ins and has 3 light tabs and two holes for lights on the sides. It has one small dent on the driver side middle.

It is painted black with textured paint.

Looking to get $250 for it.

Would you be willing to fab up a WJ winch bumper? All the winch bumpers on the market for WJ's are either right or over a $1000. If you could come up with something like your XJ bumper that went on a WJ but kept it well under 1k then you would make a killing selling those. It looks like my XJ is going to a new home and I will be keeping my WJ and making it my trail rig. I don't have the money for a big lift, long arms, lockers, and all that good stuff so I figured I will just armor the crap out of it and go nuts. All the other good stuff will have to come later once my wife and I are done with fertility.

I would need to come up and make a cardboard bumper to test fit. but yes we could do that for a *LOT* less than 1k.

My rig should be sold tomorrow and once I pay off the credit card I will have some cash left over for upgrades. A 4" lift and bumpers is all I can afford and I would love to have you build me some bumpers as prototypes. I will send you some links through a PM of what other companies are doing for ideas. I'm sure you could probably come up with something better and less expensive. Let me know what you think would be the cost. I'm looking for front and rear. No tire swing out back this time. This will be my wifes DD so I need to keep it as light and fuel efficient as possible. Kind of a different approach then my ridiculously heavy XJ.

same story with ZJs.. $800+ i paid a local fab shop $350 for a custom built winch bumper.. company's like ARB want too much!!
 
Yes,those big brand companies charge a lot.I know they are good quality but I would rather support the small and local guys that can built as good or better then them especially especially naxja guys
