I have a large tuffy box for sale.I bought it from a friend about a year ago but never really used it much.I am not sure how old it is but I would guess about 3-4 years old and I have the key too.Heres the link for more info http://www.tuffyproducts.com/p-127-058-rear-cargo-security-drawer.aspx. They sell brand new for $535 so I think $250 is a fair asking price or possible trade for ???.I will get pics up soon.

How does it fit in the rear of the XJ? I have a 4 door

Fits fine,I can throw it in mine (also a 4 door) and take a pic if you want.The dimensions are 36"wx30"dx8"h.
