Which year is the manifold from and are the sensors working?

I am not sure what year this manifold is from. It is identical to the one on my wife's 2000 grand cherokee. I have not tested the sensors, I bought it just like you see it. I could hook up a lab scope, though, and see if they all output a signal. I purchased it for a project I was working on, but have decided to liqudate all of my projects.
