I have a warn winch that needs new drum supports and one tie rod. Its a common issue when the cable is wound up on one side it pushes against one of the tie rods and then the little aluminum drum support ears that hold the tie rods on break. The drums are I think 60 and 80 each new from warn, double check to make sure. Also you'd need one new tie rod which is cheap, like 20 bucks I believe. So basically if you spend 150 dollars on new parts you can have yourself a nice warn winch for the fraction of what a new one would cost you. Or if you are good at aluminum welding you could weld the little bolt holes on the drum supports closed and drill new bolt holes and you wouuldnt have to spend anything on it
.
The only part of the drum supports that is broken is right where the tie rods go through the two top corners, so it would definitely not be hard if you can weld to just fix these ones. Comes with everything except the fairlead.
How's 200 obo sound??? + shipping.
