I searched through several pages to try and figure out what you guys are doing, but couldn't find exactly the info I needed. I have a 3" BDS lift and am finally getting around to putting in my RE discos I have had for quite some time (not in yet and already wishing I had the JKS). Anyway, on the lower mount I got the 18mm nut off with a breaker, but the T-55 torx bolt will not come off. I lubed it several days in advance but still won't budge after the breaker bar and torch and BFH (which bent the whole mount). IIRC it is pressed in. How are you guys getting these out? Is drilling it out the next step? I read a thread by Kejtar that people have brozen their EZ outs on broken shock mounts. Also, since the RE discos are already a PITA to connnect/disco, are there any concerns bending the mount back? This is the wifes daily driver/ my weekend toy, but we regularly drive it 75 mph on MI E-ways with huge potholes that bend car rims all the time. So I defintiely want to be able to connect, for her sake if nothing else. She knows too much about Jeeps for me to pretend to have just connected it. LOL Probably too long a post for this ?, just wondering what works best. TIA
