Front end noise only on turning wheels to the left

I'm getting a noise when turning my wheels to the left only. Seems to happen as the wheels come from the right and pass center going to the left. Almost sounds like something binding and the releasing. Due to power steering no noticeable feel to increase of power needed to turn the wheel

This is happening with the vehicle standing still and not moving.
