Yes he is! It's very obvious that he swapped the label to a different box, not to mention he won't show tracking info but he's got all these screen shots of the messages! Guys a douche bag!

If refund is issued it takes a few days.
But if he opened a claim it's going to take a long time.

I've had claims done in a few days when I didn't get stuff! But whatever the guy is a sack! Bryson ain't gonna screw anyone and
even if he did a empty box wouldn't be the way to do it!
This is the problem with FB very little moderation and lies can do lots of damage.... Luckily in this state most of the jokers on FB are too cheap to buy anything anyway! Lol I get 15-20 messages a week wanting to trade stock parts and worthless crap for bumpers sliders ect! Haha
Plus enough of us stood up for him that most people will look deeper than just taking it at first glance! Same thing happened to me last year and my Naxja friends stuck up for me as well cause they actually know me!

Plus I don't even take money till people pick stuff up, and had people saying that I took their money and run same stuff all words no proof!

People forget a lot of us work out of our homes and some have other jobs even so responses can be a little slow sometimes! But honestly even a lot of the big guys are that way too sometimes.
I bought a $3500 saw last year and took 3 Weeks to ship when they said it would be 3 days! Had me pretty nervous. And that was from trick tools

Did you have the shipper weigh the box for the purpose of determining the cost? If it weighed more than an empty box, call the DA and press charges. They love to go after fraud.

Yeah, the MOMENT I saw that stuff getting posted, I immediately started calling those in question out.

And like other said, funny how no details would be given.

I did start to see the backlash as others started calling them out on the BS.

Such as...if he were going to rip you off, he probably wouldn't have even SENT a box.

It's not like he's an international seller who could do that if they so pleased.

As well, watching previous customers calling them out as well was good.

It's just sad how quick stuff with no info gets passed along on FB so quick. That's one thing I do love about here and Pirate4x4, they'll call YOU out until you show some friggin' proof. :laugh:

I refunded his money (possibly prematuely but he was flipping out). I guess hes going to donate this brace and then order another. I have a claim in with UPS. It was afterall their fault.

This can be deleted btw since the conundrum has been solved.
