Franklin TN street laws about doors

As I read that, it looks like you could run a CJ/YJ/TJ without doors, as they're manfactured with removeable doors. Or am I misreading that?

important part being "when the vehicle is operated without a top"....

maybe that means that convertables can take there doors off too, hmmmm
