Here is a pic of it...I am really excited about it. I have not decided what gears I'm going to put in it or whether or not I'm going to put a locker in it right away. If I had the money I would just go with 4.88's in this 44 and the 30 up front, and probably lockers in both as well. Right now I am running 3.55's and 32" tires, which sucks. This 44 has 3.07's and a trac-loc, so I have to do some re-gearing before I throw it in.
What do you guys think I should do about my whole re-gearing/locker dilemma?

I still need to figure out what I am going to do about new carriers, being that my current ones are on the lower side of the break for the new gears. Should I just buy open carriers and plan on lunchbox lockers, or should I go with a detroit locker or a true-trac?
As far as gears go I like the idea of 4.88's, but I already have a 4.10's and carrier for the dana 30, and I can get 4.10's and carrier for the dana 44 for under $100.
So it is either $100 for 4.10's or like $400+ for 4.88's, which is a pretty big difference when you are on my salary...
Thoughts?...Ideas?
