Forum read status isn't quite up to snuff

I've noticed that if you have read all the new posts in a thread (for example the user support section) and then go out of it, it will still show as having "new posts" until you either click "mark forum read" or enter/exit numerous times. Just wanted to let you know.....

Sure is. This isn't the first site I've noticed it on. Probably has something to do on my end. I run IE7 on a vista, so I don't know if that makes a difference. I have only noticed it on sites that run VB 3.7.3.

FWIW, I run FireFox 3 on XP, Vista Ultimate, and Linux. No issues with those.

I'll break my rules and tinker with IE.

Ok, just finished installing FireFox 3 and switched over. Seems to have resolved my issue. I'll let you know if anything else looks odd.
