Can multiple people from the same family sign?

The Petition has no restrictions on related persons. Feel free to encourage anyone who wants to express their feelings to sign up. No strings are implied or attached to this effort, but it is an excellent way to show that there is a significant interest in trying to prevent more loss in our sport.

My wife and I were going to Paragon before it open to the general public. Just show up in a small field and pay a few bucks for a day of off roading. We havent become regulars there over the years because of my job situation and we live over three hours away. We still live 3 hours away but my job situation has changed for the better. We were really planning on becoming regular guests this year.
I think theres one or two on this board that may recognize a couple faces from the past.

I sighned but if you read some of the stuff about the situation it is the land owners trying to shut them down so they can sell the prime property for big dollars. What the management needs is a good lawyer and a judge that is into off roading.

Damn . . . . . :hang:

The dominoes continue to fall . . . . you guys out West need to stay even more vigilant - it's the only frontier left. We're pretty much exterminated out here.

This is what my organization sent to the owners of Paragon:

We at the Ontario Modified Vehicle Owners Council wish to support your organization in this time of need. To protect something that you worked so hard for is human nature and one that is worth the fight. Although we are not privy of all the information coming forth – or the signed agreement with regards to the lease, its our belief that regardless of what happens it will be a negative effect on your customers, the local tourism economy and the natural environment.

Once again we at OMVOC are always concerned when a place such as yours ends up in the hands of a predatory business that does not take into account what Paragon was all about, or what it meant to the local citizens that frequent the establishment

All the best in your fight,

Jeffery J. Corradetti
President of the Ontario Modified Vehicle Owners Council

Its unfortunate, but it’s what I have been saying all along, if you think politics suck, try ignorance. The average person needs to get more involved with their right to vote and who they are voting for. We Canadians and especially Americans live in a Capitalist Democracy, which means big business and money over rules everything else, this definitely would not be the case with a Socialist Democracy, however this is the system that we have right now and must work with it.

At the end of the day, it does not look good for Paragon; however come election day, the people who are passionate should start contacting the opposition party and help them defeat the people in power that helped destroy their place of enjoyment.

Its easy to blame the government for this, I mean they have been responsible for most of the trail closers, but keep in mind, this is private land and is not about the government closing off lands. Its about a company wanting to take better advantage of their assets. The company may even be pushed along by stock holders who have never stepped foot in PA.
Im not defending anyone, I just saying that its easy to get caught up in the whole "them vs us" thing, and its not really about that.
I feel the same as everyone about this. Weve been going to Paragon since its beginning with lots of good memories to show for it. It sucks, but knowing where Paragon is located, Im not surprised this is happening. It was only a matter of time.

Your most definatly 100% correct. If it were a public land issue, things would not have moved this fast. FOPV has been fighting for YEARS and still nothing is getting done.
