Is the flywheel on a non HO 4.0 different from a HO 4.0?

They have different part numbers, so I would assume they are somewhat different.

on a side note:
When I was doing a clutch job on my 89 I ordered a new flywheel from advance autojesterI got it home and compared it to my old one and the "windows" were not in the same spot,good thing I checked!!!

IIRC, the HO came out in 91, OBD-I, The teeth that the CPS detects on the flywheel are different between 1990 and 1991. The CPS and the computer are are also different.
