florida area trails

What kinds of mods are needed to run the florida trails? Currently I have 2" lift w/ 235/75-15's and open diffs.

I'd like to get over there if a run gets put together and meet some of you guys.

is the water crossing near the end still off limits? when i went last year, we had to take a bypass around that water hole.

the bypass is off limite too :gag: it goes into state forest land and falls under the 1000 lb rule, ATV's only. Same goes for the bypass of the second obstacle and the bypass for the bypass of the second obstacle. Most clubs that run it still turn around at the water hole and go back down.

Dean, as long as you've got solid tow points front & rear and are willing to do some banging and tugging then there's a few trails out there you can do. Your best bet would be at an event like Mohawk Madness where there are enough people out there to break up into several runs: hardcore, moderate, stocker etc.

well seeing as this thread was so nicely hijacked i may as well join in on my own hijacking haha. as soon as the weather/snow/ice breaks let's get a group together and go wheelin for the weekend. this snow is just getting old getting sick of bouncing my 220k xj of it's rev limiter and doing 10mph to just to make it up a hill.
