Flipping Swampers

I have 32" Super Swampers TSL/Radials. Is it possible to flip the tires to the other side of the rim? I am asking because the lugs facing out are all chewed up and the insides are pretty much new. Are they unidirectional?

Maybe this should be in Modified tech...as I don't think 32" Swamper TSLs would ever fit on OEM... but I don't think there should be a problem, they look unidirectional to me.
