Flexed out my suspension yesterday with my buddies fork . With full flex my drivers side front brake line gets dangerously tight and Im drooping the coil amost out of the pocket . Passenger side nearly the same. I am using extended bumps on top and 4 hokey pucks at the bottoms for bump stops . Need to add at least one more hokey puck and some sort of limit straps. I have extended brake lines already could move them down but I am worried bout them hanging up if two low. I think im geting more than enough flex. Measured 64" from the bottom front of fender to the ground with all tires firmly planted. In the rear 60" from the rear 1/4 folds to ground minus about 4" for the bumpers at each corner. Also need about 3" more of bump for the back fully stuffed the passenger side rear tire hits the outside rear body and flare. Rear Wells have already been folded and flared. . I realize the only real test is to get out and wheel but I want to forsee potential problems not
react to them. What is the best way to go about mounting limit straps? Never needed them before.

Have you straightend out your hard brake lines yet? That helps. Limit straps work too.

Jeepfreak has a pretty good lookin rear shock mount idea I think im Gunna have to steal

Check out my blog post on limit straps for how I did mine. The link is in my sig.

Great Site!! I copied your shackle boxes, well kinda and it worked out great. The other tech in there is awesome too!!

Question: did you use the 4 banger motor mount holes on both sides? I have a set of ProComps(junk) to use until I get my 44s under the heep.
