Fleetguard oil filters

The only filters I use in my Dodge CTD say either Dodge or Fleetguard on them.

Never used one on my 4.0l, though.

Anyone use Fleetguard oil filters. I come up with LF3311, LF689, LF3400.

LF, sounds like a Lee part number...they used to be cheaper than frams in the mart stores...don't know if they are lee though.

Fleetguard filters do use an LF prefix.

According to the application lookup at http://www.fleetguard.com, I get an LF3604 oil filter for my 1994 4.0l.

I also use only Fleetguards for my 05 Dodge CTD. The Mopar filter for it is made by Fleetguard. Used Fleetguards when I had my Peterbilt with a Caterpillar 3406E- oil analysis always came back with good results as far as the filter was concerned.

I'm on my last case of Mopar filters for the Jeep, not sure who makes them for DC. When I run out, I'm ordering Fleetguards for it too. Mine is a LF798, which replaces the 33004195 AMC part number, which is the metric threaded filters. And, it just so happens it uses the same fluted filter cap wrench as the Cummins, not that I need it for the Jeep, but it's handy.
