Can anyone here recommend a fleet maintenance software? My company is looking to better manage our fleet. We have about 30-40 trucks and 10-20 pieces of heavy equipment.

I'm looking for the same exact thing. I downloaded a service program called "Smart Auto" Havent used it much since I downloaded it, but thats what I was recomended by another company. We have about 500 trucks and pieces of equipment, so I have a feeling this inexpensive program won't work very well. Anyways, there is a free version of the program, worth trying it out.

You may want to take a look at eMaint X3 software as they have several customers using it for tracking fleet maintenance. Cost is $40/user/month. You can get more info at www.emaint.com.
