Well after 6 months Im finally done.... with the big stuff that is... 8)
Took alot longer than most would, but being unemp. you gotta do it as you get it. 8) Here's what we did~
90 2dr xj jeep cherokee.

Hp d30(177k), d44(200 miles) rear with disc brakes, 373lsd
Brand new 0 Miles Rc 6.5" short arm kit
Rustys stainless brake lines
Curry Steering Box Brace
rustys tcase drop
extended dshaft in rear
New pads front/rear
New rotors front/rear
New rear calipers
New battery
Water pump
Clutch Slave cylinder
Pilot shaft bearing
Ac Condensor
New fuel filter/pump
Accel high performance plugs
Accel 8.8 high performance wires
Accel cap n rotor
New rad overflow bottle/cap
New(2-3k miles) 33x1250x15 mastercraft courser mt's
15x8 american racing diamondback wheels
Warn rock runner rear bumper with shackles

^this was the prob child... stud on tcase xmember broke off, so the only way we could get it out was to cut the frame channel. 8( Gotta get it welded back.

btw, anyone have a couple of these laying around?? broke mine and hers.. 8(

Here's whats left~
Warn Rock Runner Front bumper
Warn Rock Runner Rear bumper
Hella Offroad lights(waiting till bumper goes on)
373s for hp30(still need if anyone has them)
Selling 6.5" front springs, shocks and 33s and upgrading front to 9" springs(this will level out since rear sits higher than front by 2" due to axle swap and will eliminate bulldogging) and then putting on a set of 35s.
Then swapping doors off my last 2dr and wire harness so I have auto dl and windows(wiring into alarm syst)
then a little body work and painting it back to black(orig color) or Midnight mettalic blue with line x rockers.

Puttin the warn rock runner rear on this wknd after I get er repainted. Lmk wat ya'll think and if ya have any ideas or suggestions.....

I found one while looking for an ac comp. bracket. I'll look around for the other one next time I'm at the shop on Monday or Tuesday. I like the Green.

It looks good man! If you are worried about it you could fix the fender and then from what I can tell it would be pretty straight body wise. Only thing I see that I don't like is the aluminum housing D44 grand cherokee rear axle. It will be fine on the street, but don't go bashing that thing into any rocks. If its a mall crawler then the bushwackers look good, but if you wheel it then they will just end up getting ripped off, so choose wisely. They are awfully expensive to just destroy them out in the woods.

And bc its out of a zj. all the zj's came with the 44a.
Im not 2 worried about it. Ima run it till i cant and then swapping the 1tons under it. 8)
Dads gotta set of 60s that im stealing outta his current proj... lol
But as of now, front springs and shocks are sold and ordering my 9" rustys and shocks. 8)
SO here comes level. And prolly got the 33s being picked up wed so ordering the 35s too. 8)

Update~


Picked up My new Warn rock runner front bumper 2day. 8)
Cant wait to get it installed on the jeep.
hoping to this wknd, but we'll see since I promised the misses i'd install her lift this wknd... lol

isnt the alum d44 considered weaker then the d35? hope you dont plan on wheeling, much.

Idk, never heard that. at the time i didnt know as much as Ive been told about it so far. 8(
Ive burnt it a few and not had issue's thus far... knock on wood. 8(
But o well.
