Figuring out my electrical problem

The other day my fuse holder under the hood for my amps and radio broke and hit metal shorting out alot of stuff. Luckily she still starts and drives but i lost alot of electrical components. I checked all the fuses uner the dash and under the hood and only had 2 blown. Someone asked if i checked the relays and i have no idea how to tell if there blown or not. Can anyone tell me what to look for and if its not the relays, what else could it be??

relays need to be checked, I put it in another socket that i know has a good relay and is being used, and either feel or hear a click.
