Fiberglass fenders

Rear bolt on flares? I'm not seeing anything for an XJ on that page for rears. I don't know how it is on 2 Doors, but on my 4 door If I am thinking right, the rear flares are part of the main "body" of the vehicle and there'd be no way that I know of to bolt on flares as it says they bolt on to factory mounts.

Those look like they could be really sweet on a 2 dr. Cherokee. You could even put those on and make a dually set up.... Not sure why you would want to but it would definitely be custom. Might help towing capacity when I tow my 26 foot sailboat. There was some place out in California that I saw made fiberglass front fenders as well. Those looked really nice and would definitely help on the trail.

I say go for it and post some pictures when you get them on there.

Well my problem is I have full width axles on mine, and the tires really stick out, so Im worry bout the cops bothering me bout that, when I have the cash I may give this a shot, and will post pics.

now THAT's funny!

a friend of mine runs the jeepspeed.com front fiberglass fenders. first trip out he busted one runnin on slickrock in tellico. id make sure your tire sticks out past the fiberglass a little bit to keep from paying 150 bucks everytime you rub against something. with that said the ticket might be cheaper in the long run, and less troublesome (not less hassle though, dealing with 5-0 sucks)

Not all cops are jerks.... just the ones without "mud for blood" :lecture:

Not entirely true, come out and deal with the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Department. This covers Aurora, Centennial, and Greenwood Village (Colorado highly populated suburbia); not a fun bunch of people let me tell ya....... :pirate1:

Oh yeah, the fender flairs would prolly look pretty slick on a 2dr..... :looney:

Well I usually just run in the woods and go "muddin", no rocks round here so I do worry to much bout smashing them on rocks. and Im not to Sure how the local cops will like it the way it is, so I may just try these fenders.
