no rot or major rust
motor had 210k, did get recent seals and gaskets, could use oil filter orings, runs good, has bored tb and 99 intake
everything else has 157k

motor complete valve cover to oilpan with intake

As cool as that header panel looks on big jeep, I'd sell/trade in the 98 whole. You already have one project going on, you don't want to put that one outside and deal with trying to sell the rest of the 98 while not doing anything to big Jeep. Who knows how long you'll be sitting on parts and the shell.
