This is just a feeler thread, Im kind of trying to see what I could get for my XJ as I want to upgrade to a newer 98 or 99.
1995, 125k miles, 4.0 HO, 4x4 with the 231 case, AW4, dark green gray interior with wood trim.
There is no lift on this XJ, I never got around to putting one on, but it does look good overall, there are a few dings here and there, mainly on the passenger door, but there is one big one on the back drivers side, but I may have it pulled out. The paint is great, only a few scratches, no rust, the interior is clean as well. There is a small tear in the drivers side seat but other than that it's great.
The Jeep has all the windows tinted- double 8% on rear, 21+8% on the back doors and cargo windows, 8% on front doors, 6" strip at top and bottom of windshield. It also has a prestige alarm system with 2 remotes, Sylvania silverstar headlights, foglights with H3 bulbs, Alpline CD player, 5 1/4" Infinity Reference speakers all around, 12" Audiobahn subwoofer in custom built box, 1200 watt Profile amp and 1 farad capacitor (this thing BEATS)
CSF radiator, 180* t-stat, tranny cooler, and serpentine belt, and upper and lower hoses installed within the last 3000 miles, will also have a new clutch fan.
CPS and fuel filter are also relatively new, within the last 10k I'd say.
Brake rotors and pads have been changed in the last 3k miles as well.
Engine: The engine runs great, oil changed every 3k miles with Quaker State 10-30. It will have a new set of plugs and wires as well as a cap/rotor. There is kind of a noisy lifter maybe that is annoying and it does need a catalytic converter as there isn't one, but it's not too loud.
Tranny shifts great, no slippage or any problems, as stated above, aux. cooler added. The 231 case is great, haven't used it much besides in the winter time.
Axles are D30/27spline 8.25, overall everything on this jeep is in good condition, it was teen driven, but im a mature driver and do not abuse vehicles. I haven't even taken it offroad!
The tires are 30x9.5" Courser LT's which are gone, definetly will need replaced, the spare is brand new though. I have a set of 31x10.5" BFG A/T's on 15x8" AR outlaw II's, 1000 miles on them that I can include for extra $$.
I should be able to get pics up within the next few days if anyone is interested. The condition that this XJ is in, I'd rather see someone from
buy it and treat it right than someone else buying it and tearing it up..s
