Wtf is their problem lately?Anyone else having problems with them?
This all started a few years back when I ordered my lift from them and they sent me wrong parts.They corrected that but.....
Fast foward to now.I ordered pinion shims from them last month that ended up being wrong for my setup(was my fault,ordered the wrong ones)sent me the wrong center pins
They corrected that but.....
Returned the shims for a different size and specifically told Eric the salesman 4* shims.....guess what arrived at my house today????
You guessed it the wrong size!!
I called him and asked to speak to the manager and he said she was in a meeting.I told him the that he sent me the wrong shims and requested they ship the right ones out overnighted.After all I paid for fedex express shipping in the first place,so that should be a sign to them that I need these quick.
He said he would have to talk to the manager but their policy only allows them to ship parts via the original method paid for......btw thier computers are down again like they were at the end of January.Not even an apology....
I've spent thousands of dollars with this company and they dont want to overnight shims they sent out wrong.
Never again......They have lost my business.
