Favorite Local Brewery

I'm a big fan of micro's back home in Georgia. I'm trying to find one here in the Springs but I've been pretty dissapointed so far. So, the question: What is everyone's favorite local microbrewery?

Before I say anything. Where have you been? Or have you not found any?

I haven't found any to be honest. The liquor store guy across the street from my apt looked at me like I was crazy when I asked about micro's here in the springs, so he wasn't very helpful. I did find one that I really liked, but my wife threw away the bottle before I could look at it again when I was sober.

I was gonna recommend CB & Potts, but I see they don't have locations in the Springs. Will have to wait for the locals to chime in I guess.

Pagosa Brewery has the best brews around the 4corners..

Phantom Canyon, Bristol Brewery. Both yuppie places. Phantom has pretty good food, and bunches of pool tables.

P.S. Colorado has more Micro Breweries than any state in the Nation. So you shouldn't have too much trouble finding a few.

Come up to Fort Collins, we have New Belgium, Odell's, Fort Collins Brewery, and Anheiser Busch all within a couple miles of one another.

Personally...I don't like Phantom Canyon at all. The beer is just fine but the food is completely hit and miss.

My favorite place to eat in Springs is Blue Star. The brewery (Bristol) is right next to it and I've never been disappointed in my food.

Blue Star is great. They change there menu regularly also.
