Wow, seems like complicated stuff for my little mind, my 93 has issues sometimes passing, I learned a trick 2 yrs ago that eliminated some of the issues and I've passed for the past 4 years. I've told them I have installed a FT tcase, up here they cant test all wheel drive so they just do the idle test and rev test. helps a bit, good work on tracking the problem down, seems like a beeatch to find that one.
