external spring retainer clip

To all my fellow ax-15 external bell housing people. does anyone know where to source the clip that holds the clutch fork to the little plastic ball that is bolted to the bell housing? mine is half broken and id rather not install in and have it break off or come off after i install this trans....i really only want to do this once......
So if someone has an extra or knows where you are able to buy new ones that would be awesome. i wasn't able to find it on rock auto....

Any chance you could post some pics of it?

Is this a proprietary and unique part? Might it be found in another application or perhaps even in a well stocked hardware store?

Not sure of the part you're talking about, but search google images for "ax-15 parts" and you'll get plenty of exploded diagrams from part houses. Even Quadratec carries trans parts...

This clip. it goes behind the ball that's bolted to the bell housing and holds it to the shift fork.

the second picture is the clip it's self, as well as the ball that bolts to the bell housing

Hmm...

Looks like a retaining clip that functions in three dimensions.

A search for a "ball retaining clip" gets me, among other things, this:

That is probably not the right one, but a search along those lines might get you where you need to go.
