E-cigs

Anyone try these yet?? I've been pretty happy with them so far. Haven't smoked a real cig since I got my package in the mail.

i use them at the office because only 1 of my coworkers smokes, so i feel bed taking smoke breaks. they are alright. not a big fan, but i think its because i got a cheapo one. my buddy distributes them and makes his own "juice" so im going to pick up a good one off of him soon. He and another buddy completely quit smoking because of them though, so more power to them!

I quit after I thought I had a heart attack two months ago, quit cold, however I have not given up my cigars Doc said OK, he'd settle for a cigar a day vs a pack of Marlboros. Interesting part is the cigars don't trigger any desire for a cigarette. I smoke during work and thats it, I very rarely smoke at home though occassional I will light up Cohiba rubusto when I walk the dog, I'll pretty much light up whatever gets dropped on my desk
I do get the desire for a cig at the strangest times though. Walked out of Red Robin last night and was heading for the movies and had a strong desire to where I actually patted my jacket down by reflex to see what pocket I had my cigs in.
Good luck with the Ecigs, I do feel much better after quitting, I sleep 1000% better and my wife says I don't cough in my sleep anymore and my snoring is very rare [she's a very light sleeper, no idea how she put up with me all these years] .

I just quit cold turkey two weeks ago. Or maybe I should say cold duck because what really helped me quit was I carried my duck call around with me an practiced every time I wanted a smoke hahaha
