losing oil pressure while going up hills. could this be the oil pressure sensor? i rebuilt the engine a few months ago. i was just wondering if that could be the problem. it just started losing the pressure today.

only while going up hills? If so I dont think the oil sensor is bad.

Are you using the right oil?

Check out dakota-durango.com forums for more specific info. But, if the gauge just started acting up, then it may be a sender.

The only advice i can give you is.. Sell it. trade it. insure it and burn it, or leave it running in the worst neighborhood.
