Standard deal applies. Going to be an official event following National By-Laws (http://www.naxja.org/html/bylaws.htm). Regular stuff like tech inspection, only one guest vehicle per member, etc.

Fee has yet to be determined.

We should conger up a list of what will be needed and what the rig should have on them. Ill start. Hopefully this 'list' of things will give us some time to prepare and do some mods to what needs to be done.

Obviously we are camping. Right?
Tent or back of your Cherokee.
Sleeping bag.
Warm and cold weather clothes.
Toiletries.
Food.
Hotel/Motel/Inn/Camper?
Anything else.?

Rig saftey stuff.
Fire ext.
Seatbelts.
Recovery points(very reccomended)
Tow strap(s)
Jack of some sort(perfer hi lift)
spare parts for some
extra gas
first aid kit
Anything else.?

Conduct
Familes will be present, be polite.
No drinking while trail riding, save it for afterwards.
I know we all are not a bunch of jacka$$e$, but this is a (Click Here) event.

i'll put my leave papers in soon,(are those dates in stone?) i'm going to tilamook on the 24-26 of this month i have friends that live in tillamook hopefully i can swing by the park for a day and get some pics of the trails. i've been wanting to go for a long time

If anyone is in the area soon, can you grab some hotel/motel names in the area with easy access to roads to the park.

Look up stuff in Tillamook...it's not very far from where the rest of us will be staying.

JUST TO CLARIFY, August 11-13 means that the first night is Thursday the 10th...

So far we're looking at Thursday night roll-in and get situated, then stragglers roll in on Friday for tech inspection and recovery clinic w/ basic off-road driving skills involved. Friday night will be the big dinner...then have nothing but wheeling on Saturday. Sunday I'm thinking having a huge breakfast and doing awards/etc. Figure on camp breakdown and cleanup after that. I'll post an itinerary later.

Further note... We're adding an extra day in here. We are trying to keep the cost contained as much as possible to allow for travel but you should expect a little "bump" from last year. No exact amounts right now...
