Besides kodiak customs, can anyone point me in the direction of a good place to get new ring/pinion installed on both axles..preferably close to central jersey? I doubt it matters, but I have a 2000 XJ with 8.25 rear. Thanks -Shawn

You should take a drive up to TRC... Peterbuilt does a decent R&P install. He's also strong enough to buckle a hydraulic shop press with his bare hands! Support our NAXJA sponsors!

Jack's number is 1-800-923-JEEP. Tell him i sent ya....seriously.

BTW, Jack may not be a NAXJA sponsor because he no longer runs an XJ. However in the early years of the NAC he did take a day from his schedule and guide a NAC crew around the Jersey Pines. And alot of the NACers have had their gears setup by him.

Remember the MudFest Mark?

Not to yake away from TRC, i hear he does good work also. Just keep that young kid away from your Jeep!

That was a great time! Back in the day when my rig was pretty and JU was tolerable. Jack replaced my pinion seals for me after they got eaten up by said Pinebarrens sand & mud. I liked the fact that he let me watch the whole procedure.
