DPG belly skid: every single bolt is stripped. Body flex?

From what I understand the JCR t-case skid can be installed over stiffeners using a floor jack to slid it over the rails and drilling it out. Not sure if you could do the same with the DPG one.

that seems like best approach, actually. thanks for posting that. I'm already getting jcr quarter armor, so maybe they'll do a package deal..haha.
 
so, could one fit the tcase skid, and then weld stiffeners fore and aft of the skid mount? I guess you could just trim the length of the skid mount out of the stiffener?

Back on topic, seems like the through bolt idea is a way-better way to go....hope that fixes the problem.

That's your only option I think. Although that might create a weak spot where all bending will be concentrated, unless you weld on the skid plate.
