Doing the Budget Boost

I have decided to go ahead and install the budget boost with AAL and new shocks. I am thinking about Rusty's kit, and I am not sure what type of shocks. What are some good shocks that will work, but are inexpensive? I am working on a tight budget :shocked: . TIA

Well, if you decide to go with Rusty's kit, get his hydro shocks in the same shipment?
AL>MS shipping won't be bad either (?)
(I've run them on my MJ and XJ...like em well enough)

I went with the RE full AAL and Dostech 3000 shocks. Good ride, good handling. I would do a search and see who used what. Some people like the D3000's, some don't. It depends on what kind of ride you are looking for.

I put in hydro shocks on my 97XJ, they came with my superlift(not too happy with it) and i don't think that there all that good for on the road. but if you like the of a TJ you'll be all set
