Dodge Neon 703 injectors

I know this topic has been covered, I tried to search, but my qestion is how different are the dodge neon "740"'s? They are listed as a replacement part for all dodge neon 2.0's. What difference are they from the 70s's and will they work as a plug in play in the renix 4.0?

I found Bosch injectors off a Volvo using this flow rate chart. Mine flow about 19lb/hr, which should sustain 190 hp.
