dodge caravan rear brakes and wheel bearings?

Just like it says the wifes ride has a whining at a certain speed, 80-85 km/hr and thats it. I have been suspecting a couple of rear wheel bearings for a while now. Is this a tough job? It's front wheel drive so I dont expect it will be too tough but can anyone offer some insight? Also without thinking I pushed the ebrake just one notch the other night and it never gets used so I think it may have seized a bit. Wheel was pretty hot for the ride home but seemed to be no drag when I coasted. It's a 98 front wheel drive of course. Any special tools needed for the rear brakes? Any help would be appreciated.

it's not hard.
Once you pull the rear drum off you'll see the bolts holding the hub on.
rotate the hub and use the hole in it to get at the bolts.
remove one, install another, put the brakes back on.
You might want to pick up a brake spoon, as you'll have to adjust the pads in to get the drum off.

The drums usually seize on the hubs face, so have a large hammer handy, and a torch of some sort if you can.
hit the drum towards the edge, but still on it's face. it might take one hit it might take 20.
DO NOT PRY ON THE BACK OF THE DRUM!.
