Dispersed Camping in Medicine Bow National Forest, WY

Hey guys not sure on how much of a long shot this but I'm looking for some info on the medicine Bow NF (south of I-80) out in WY. My wife and I are looking to do some dispersed camping in that area. Specifically around Arrastre Lake or somewhere else that would offer good mountain fishing and possably camping near a body of water (stream or lake). We want something where there wont be tons of people around so we can relax and enjoy the wildlife and forest. Whats the rules up there on finding a place to camp and getting your vehicle there? Does WY offer a multiday fishing license or is it for single days only? TIA any help is welcome.

Did you see this? A quick read mentioned contacting the local Ranger District on specifics for dispersed camping... but there alot of good info here.

When will you be there? Looks like i'll be in the area for a week in Sept, i'm looking for info in the NE section.
