I've never understood what a hand throttle is for. You could use it if you have a Mobi-Weld to keep the RPMs up I suppose.

My ankels arn't flexable enough to heel/toe.

 I can see the need for that in a road car but a Jeep?
Only in the mose extreme trails(Hammers) do I ever have to clutch it over obstacles.
Remember, you have 4.10s and a stock 2.72:1 low range if I'm not mistaken. ;)

You're not mistaken, and I've had to clutch it on a few steep climbs such as this one, where I've had to roll back and bump it a 2nd time to get over. I guess it's just the way I wheel, I don't go for the skinny pedal right off the bat. I try to finesse it over and add power only as needed. So at times I do have to clutch it to keep from stalling out. Hence the hand throttle. I have also gotten into the habit of feathering the clutch to get a little more reduction out of it, sort of like a torque converter.

They have sticks so that they always have an excuse why they couldn't get up x obstacle.
That's not true!!! My excuse is that I forgot to release my parking brake ! I have never ever used the stick giving me a problem excuse...

And I have never seen a stick driver that complained about it being a problem... unless he was just an auto driver posing as a stick driver and he just didn't know what to do with it...
