Does anyone run a detroit ture trac in there front D30? if so how do you like it and how does it steer? Good idea or bad. My XJ is DD.

I ran it. Beat the bag out of it. Was great. Sold it with the axle. Was totally invisible for street driving. I'd do it again, if I got a deal (which I did the first time). I'd be more inclined to put a lunchbox locker in if I were buying all my own parts.

Have it front and rear, 35 and 30. they are nice and quiet. Been beating on it for awhile and have had no problems. Just know your limitations and you won't have problems.

Detroit TT front/Auburn LS rear. Completely invisible on the street. Works awesome all by itself unless you completely lift a tire. In that case you might need a little left foot braking.
