Can anyone recommend a local locksmith who can re-key two door cylinders for my XJ or is this something I can do at my local ACE Hardware?

I've never known a hardware store that was able to re-key locks, just cut keys.

I've had good luck with Englewood Lock and Key.

Address: 4310 S Broadway, Englewood, CO 80113
Phone:303-789-2568

I'm fairly certain they won't do the work to remove your existing cylinders from the doors in order to replace the lock's tumblers and such to match your ignition key, but I know they can figure out the cut needed to make a replacement key for those locks while still in the door.

Thank you sir, I'll give them a call. I have new cylinders coming, just need to take my existing key and key code to them with the new cylinders to do the work.

FYI, the ACE Hardware in Highlands Ranch can re-key residential locks to your key. It's pretty easy, just not sure if they can do automotive cylinders.
