Decide for yourself...

I'm with you, I go one or two further. I turn on my hazards, and put my keys on the dash where they should be able to see them. Before removing my hands from the wheel, I tell them where everything is, and where I will be reaching.

NEVER give into fear. Doing so only allows them to gain more power over you. If you have done nothing "wrong", you have nothing to fear.

While I agree with you, tact is the better part of valor. While I may have nothing to fear, there is still the human factor, and the ego factor. Too many LEOs feel that they are the law or above it. They can do no wrong. They are the ones that I am wary of, not fearful of.

Here are some great videos, with some decent info.

The best one, it was posted on the Rocky Mountain Gun Owners site. A video of a lawyer, with a LEO sitting in the room with him.

Doesn't really matter anymore. I rarely do more than 5 over the speed limit. The less they see me, the less they recognize me.

Days gone by, on the bike I did some dumb stuff. Passed a car while in a double yellow, didn't know the cop had turned out behind me. The guy in front of me was swerving back and forth.

Well said. Reminds me of my grandmother who wouldnt allow my grandfather to wear a hat with ANY KIND of logo, because gang bangers would confuse him for a rival and shoot him for the hawaii logo. They can smell your fear.

Unfortunately, i dissagree on that one. Plenty of people who have done nothing wrong have been shot by police.

Recently a guy in LA was shot by cops for holding a hose nozzle.
