Death Wobble from off Alignment?

I had the death wobble taken care of with a new track bar but just got left balljoints and tie rod end replaced. On the way home it was wobbling like hell. It has not been aligned yet since the work. Thats the only thing I can think of.

Alignment does not cause DW. Most likely you have a bad track bar or mount. It can even be control arm bushings.

You need an alignment. It's not uncommon for toe to be inches off after replacing a tie rod end, it should go straight to the alignment rack.

I have a stock 2000 XJ Sport and mine would shake like he!! at 55mph. Alignment 100% fixed it.

Toe was 2 inches off! Havn't had chance to drive it a lot, still at work but thats gotta be it.

Yeah, that certainly wasn't helping anything. Hopefully it's cured now.

From reading this, you mean you got those parts replaced at a mechanic and they were that far off? Damn

Ya, that was it. Stupid of me to drive it home like that. Shoulda done it right away.
