DC Metro - Network Test Equipment

Anybody know of a place in DC Metro that would sell a tone probe and generator kit? I need one for a building I'm taking over here and don't have one handy. I am currently in the North West (14th and F) but am willing to travel if needed.

Around here Home Depot sells a nice one for around $30 with various adapters.
