no its not. you will have to change a few things around.

Yep but just the spring perches. The MJ is spring under and the XJ is spring over. This is a good opportunity to get your pinion angle set right and add some much stronger perches like the ones that RuffStuff sells.

If anyone buys this for an xj i could just cut the perches and shock mounts off to save some time during install. I've got too much free time they keep cutting my hours at work.
