Dana 44 swap

I am looking to replace my stock Dana 35 in my 94 XJ with a Dana 44. I got offered a Dana 44 w/ Trac-lok out of a 2000 Grand Cherokee and I am wondering if I have to do any serious fabrication to make it work or if its even worth it. My XJ is highly modified suspension wise (7.5" Rubicon Express long arm lift w/ 2" coil spacers and shackles)

Also he is selling it to me for $175 for everything (rotors, calipers, etc) and I am wondering if this a decent price.

Thanks for any help

IIRC...... All Grands were coil sprun in the rear, so even if that D44 weren't the aluminum version, it'd still require you to have to cut off the coil buckets, shock mounts and control arm mounts then weld on leaf spring seats and shock mounts to work with the XJ.
