D44 shafts for an XJ

How much stronger are the Superior shafts supposed to be over a stock xj dana 44 shaft? I'm getting a set of spare shafts from someone. I have 35" mtrs and a detroit with 4.56 so these should hold up, but it doesn't hurt to have some spare shafts handy.

PS... I have seen these shafts and they are in perfect condition, even without getting new bearings on them they would make good trail spares. He's kept them wrapped up and protected, so i can vouch they've been taken care of.
